Under the supervision of the Crisis Intervention Team Supervisor, Crisis Intervention Team Forensic Case Managers are embedded with CCPD and serve as one half of the Crisis Intervention Team. Team member is responsible for providing rapid response when dispatched with CIT officers in the community. Services to be provided include crisis assessment, intervention, and coordination of diversion from arrest and incarceration based on established processes. Team members are responsible for linking and coordinating care for eligible persons with a mental illness and/or co-occurring disorder who are being diverted from incarceration. Contracted LCSW-Supervisor Under the Direction of the Mental Health Clinical Director. Performs routine clinical supervision of employees within MHID who are currently provisionally licensed and completing supervised practice hours in pursuit of full licensure.

Under the supervision of the Program Director for the TCOOMMI program, the Case Manager (CM) performs functions based on the TCOOMMI Program Guidelines and Processes (PGP) and contract, DHHS, JCO, and other regulatory agencies for assigned caseload. The CM will provide services to mentally ill offenders who are supervised by the parole and probation departments in order to assist them in obtaining the coping skills needed to enhance stable mental health, independence and autonomy, and community integration. The CM will provide case management functions such as linking and referring the offender to intra/inter service providers and assist them in gaining and coordinating access to necessary care and services and needed resources, conduct assessments to ensure proper services based on needs, and treatment planning.

Under supervision of the Jail Diversion Program Supervisor, forensic case managers are responsible for delivery of forensic case management and intensive rehabilitation services for eligible persons with a mental illness and/or co-occurring disorder who are being diverted from incarceration. Consumer contact is frequent with individuals, family members, or service providers to maintain community integrated treatment.

The Team Leader’s primary goals are to build a positive relationship with participants and assist them in developing their abilities for illness self-management. The Team Leader will work with participants using a shared decision-making process to develop and modify treatment plans.

Under the supervision of IDD Transitions Support Team Supervisor, this position performs advanced (senior-level) health services or social services consultative work. Work involves assisting in the planning and execution of the Transition Support Team Services for individuals with IDD transitioning from or at risk for placement in institutions and ensuring those clients and their families receive quality services. Reviews and analyzes reports and consults on cases.

Duties include completion of the discovery process, job and workplace culture analysis, pre-employment training (I.e. interview skills, appearance, etc.), post-employment training (I.e. An Educational Resource Clinician is a Non-Physician Mental Health Professional (NPMHP) that will serve as a mental health and substance use resource for school districts located in the region served by Education Service Center (ESC) region 2. Responsible for increasing awareness and understanding of mental health and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Assisting school personnel with implementing initiatives regarding these areas and ensuring local school personnel are aware of recommended best practice-based programs and other resources in the community. Facilitate trainings regarding effects of grief and trauma, substance use and abuse, intervention and prevention, and Mental Health First Aid. Must be available to deliver trainings on weekends if needed. Position will be housed at ESC 2.

Under supervision of Access Service Director and the Medical Director, provides administrative and managerial responsibilities of Walk-in Clinic, Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, and Mobile Crisis Outreach Expansion Team that includes provision of crisis services in the community, maintaining positive budget variance, clinical oversight of program and supervision of staff assigned to program.

Under supervision of the Director of IDD Services. Performs complex (journey-level) psychological work. Work involves conducting psychological evaluations.

Performs rehabilitative consumer care to include engagement into the PATH Program and linkage to other services as needed. Under supervision of the Director of Access Services, provides clinical oversight of Pathways Program, responsibilities include but are not limited to development and facilitation of treatment groups, clinical programming, and provision of crisis screenings/assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Responsible for providing clinical leadership and oversight of clinical work at Pathways Respite Unit as well as providing leadership and oversight of Crisis Intervention Team Services

Work involves providing rehabilitative services to clients with mental impairments at Pathways, a crisis respite 24-hour program. Work includes supervision of clients and their activities, observing and reporting client conditions and behaviors and interacting with clients in a crisis residential manner. This position is primarily 4pm – 12am. Must be flexible.

Will provide psychotherapy, skills training, and case management as authorized by DSHS TRR model. Will provide therapy and rehab services using DSHS curricula. May perform intake assessments. Works towards positive consumer outcomes by reducing symptoms and increasing level of functioning. Services will be community based for the most part with some services delivered in the clinic. Services are supervised by an LPHA.

Must have a qualifying disability. Perform entry level highway grounds maintenance work on the Texas Department of Transportation Highway Litter Pickup contract for MHID Advance Employment Services program. Work involves completing litter pickup, debris and branch removal along major highways throughout the city and county.
