Work involves advocating and providing peer mentoring and support. Provides education to caregivers of a child or adolescent who is being served by the program. Uses personal and professional life experiences to provide consultation for staff and non-clinical skills training for families to maximize parent voice, choice, and involvement throughout the delivery of services. PATH caseworker will serve as a liaison between homeless individuals and mainstream community service system. Services will be mobile in nature contacting homeless persons in the community to identify service needs to reduce homelessness by linkage to appropriate agencies within the community. Ongoing services will be provided to the homeless population identified as having a mental illness. Understands and implements trauma informed care practices. Responsible for delivery of case management. Identifies clients’ rehabilitation needs and provides the necessary instruction in teaching self-help, self-care, or other skills according to the needs outline in client’s recovery plan. Crisis prevention and intervention will be carried out.

Contracted LCSW-Supervisor Under the Direction of the Mental Health Clinical Director. Performs routine clinical supervision of employees within MHID who are currently provisionally licensed and completing supervised practice hours in pursuit of full licensure.

Under the supervision of the TRR Director, An experienced Master’s level clinician who is trained in working with individuals experiencing FEP. He or she will be the primary contact person for clients and families and will spearhead efforts to engage clients in treatment. The Team Leader’s primary goals are to build a positive relationship with participants and assist them in developing their abilities for illness self-management. The Team Leader will work with participants using a shared decision-making process to develop and modify treatment plans.

Under the supervision of IDD Transitions Support Team Supervisor, this position performs advanced (senior-level) health services or social services consultative work. Work involves assisting in the planning and execution of the Transition Support Team Services for individuals with IDD transitioning from or at risk for placement in institutions and ensuring those clients and their families receive quality services. Reviews and analyzes reports and consults on cases.

Will provide psychotherapy, skills training, and case management as authorized by HHS TRR model. Will provide therapy and rehab services using HHS approved curricula to children and adolescents 3-17 years old. Will perform intake assessments and assist in program clinical activities. Works towards positive consumer outcomes by reducing symptoms and increasing level of functioning. Community based services.

It includes the completion of intake processes as appropriate, encompassing the biopsychosocial assessment, diagnostic impression, and ANSA assessment. Regular consultation and communication with the Crisis Service Manager or other available LPHA (Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts) in the clinical setting are integral to the position.

Under the supervision of the CSC Team Lead, position is responsible for the development and coordination of employment opportunities for eligible individuals in the CSC-FEP program. Performs routine vocational rehabilitation work. Work involves evaluating disabilities and conducting vocational assessments, and to provide maximum independence and employability. Duties include completion of the discovery process, job and workplace culture analysis, pre-employment training (I.e. interview skills, appearance, etc.), post-employment training (I.e. Conflict resolution, transportation training, personal issues affecting job performance, etc.), and task analysis, development of goals and objectives, job coaching, and interagency collaboration.

Reporting to the Access Service Director, the Crisis Services Manager assumes a pivotal role in overseeing administrative duties, managerial duties, and clinical supervision of Crisis Services programming. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with the psychiatric hotline, hospitals, jail, local law enforcement, dispatch, community partners, and Pathways respite to ensure continuity of care for consumers seeking mental health services through MHID.

Under supervision of the Director of IDD Services. Performs complex (journey-level) psychological work. Work involves conducting psychological evaluations.

Will provide psychotherapy, skills training, and case management as authorized by DSHS TRR model. Will provide therapy and rehab services using DSHS curricula. May perform intake assessments. Works towards positive consumer outcomes by reducing symptoms and increasing level of functioning. Services will be community based for the most part with some services delivered in the clinic. Services are supervised by an LPHA.

Must have a qualifying disability. Perform entry level highway grounds maintenance work on the Texas Department of Transportation Highway Litter Pickup contract for MHID Advance Employment Services program. Work involves completing litter pickup, debris and branch removal along major highways throughout the city and county.

Foster/Companion Care contractor provides a supervised, 24-hour arrangement in a home for intellectual developmental disability individuals who are unable to continue living independently in their own homes.
